Lessons in courses and private lessons. Training takes place in online virtual classrooms where students talk to teachers using headphones and a microphone. Multimedia learning materials, homework assignments and reviews, constant connection with a teacher, a record of every lesson completed. A library of thousands of past lesson records and entire levels and courses

Define.

In the Difine phase, we engaged with Kabintata's user base, identifying pain points, including navigation issues, and uncovering the need for improved accessibility. Concurrently, we performed competitor analysis and analyzed user data, setting the stage for the Define phase, where we crafted clear problem statements, defined project scope, and prioritized tasks, ensuring a strategic approach to the webapp redesign.

Design.

In the Design phase, we translated the insights gained from the Define phase into concrete visual and structural improvements. We revamped the information architecture, creating a more intuitive and organized layout to enhance user navigation. Through wireframing and interactive prototypes, we visualized the new user interface, ensuring it met user expectations and needs. Our focus on accessibility compliance ensured that the redesigned interface adhered to WCAG standards, making it accessible to a broader audience. This phase was pivotal in bringing the project to life, as it provided a clear blueprint for the development team to follow in the subsequent phase.

We introduced a brand-new calendar view for the timetable, providing comprehensive details about lesson schedules for each course. This view also includes information about the teacher, timing, and attendees for each session.

Here, students can review daily homework updates and conveniently submit their assignments directly from this platform.

Students also have the option to pause the course if needed.

As today's student generation predominantly uses mobile devices, we have also developed a mobile version of this web app. This mobile version offers a truly user-friendly experience, leading to higher retention rates among Kabinats's users.

We have also created a marketing website that adheres to Kabintata's branding guidelines.

Develop.

In the Develop phase, our team transformed the design concepts into a fully functional and responsive web application. The front-end development process resulted in a user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrated the new design elements, ensuring an intuitive experience for students and teachers alike. On the back end, we constructed a robust and scalable infrastructure to support the platform's anticipated growth, guaranteeing the efficient handling of increasing user volumes and data. Furthermore, performance optimization measures were implemented, significantly reducing loading times and enhancing overall system responsiveness. Security measures were also fortified to safeguard user data and maintain the trust of Kabintata's user community. The Develop phase was pivotal in translating the design vision into a reality, delivering a web application that not only met the redesigned specifications but also exceeded expectations in terms of usability, scalability, and security.
