Pioneering Ground-Up Development: Crafting the Rovero Application

Desilo and the Rovero team engaged in a collaborative effort to gain a deep understanding of Rovero's ecosystem. Extensive desk research was undertaken, focusing on market analysis, competitor evaluations, and identification of unique selling propositions (USPs). The insights derived from this research were strategically applied in a design thinking workshop. In collective efforts, we documented mutually agreed-upon discovery findings that currently serve as the guiding framework for both design direction and development within the Rovero project.

After concluding the discovery phase, our team strategically planned the CRM System, defining its architecture and visual style through mood boarding. Our approach prioritized specificity, realism, and adherence to timelines. Finalizing information architecture and user journeys, we seamlessly transitioned to crafting detailed wireframes.
