We began the Define phase by gathering comprehensive insights from key stakeholders, including Sales Directors, Managers, and Representatives. Through multiple meetings and discussions, we identified the core challenges faced by each user type, such as planning and tracking sales activities, providing actionable feedback, and monitoring performance. Our research included market analysis and user interviews to understand current sales practices and pain points, ensuring the platform would address these issues effectively. To ensure a seamless user experience, we developed user personas and journey maps for each role. This allowed us to visualize their workflows and design a clear user flow that catered to their needs. By incorporating empathy mapping, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluations, we refined the platform's information architecture, ensuring intuitive navigation and easy access to essential tools and insights. These efforts laid the groundwork for a solution that streamlined sales management processes for all user types.

In the Design phase, we translated the insights from the Define phase into a user-centered, intuitive platform. Our goal was to create an interface that not only looked visually appealing but also facilitated smooth workflows for Sales Directors, Managers, and Representatives. We started with wireframes and prototypes to map out the platform’s structure, ensuring that each user type could easily navigate and access relevant features. The design process involved establishing a consistent visual language with attention to color, typography, and iconography, ensuring clarity and coherence across the platform. We prioritized interaction design and usability, testing prototypes with real users to gather feedback and refine the experience. This approach resulted in a seamless, adaptive design that empowers users to efficiently manage, track, and improve their sales activities.
