We defined the solution by aligning stakeholder goals with in-depth user research.
We began the Define phase by gathering comprehensive insights from key stakeholders, including Sales Directors, Managers, and Representatives.
Through multiple meetings and discussions, we identified the core challenges faced by each user type, such as planning and tracking sales activities, providing actionable feedback, and monitoring performance.
Our research included market analysis and user interviews to understand current sales practices and pain points, ensuring the platform would address these issues effectively.
To ensure a seamless user experience, we developed user personas and journey maps for each role. This allowed us to visualize their workflows and design a clear user flow that catered to their needs.
By incorporating empathy mapping, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluations, we refined the platform's information architecture, ensuring intuitive navigation and easy access to essential tools and insights.
These efforts laid the groundwork for a solution that streamlined sales management processes for all user types.
Design
Crafting an intuitive, visually cohesive platform with seamless user experiences.
In the Design phase, we translated the insights from the Define phase into a user-centered, intuitive platform. Our goal was to create an interface that not only looked visually appealing but also facilitated smooth workflows for Sales Directors, Managers, and Representatives. We started with wireframes and prototypes to map out the platform’s structure, ensuring that each user type could easily navigate and access relevant features.
The design process involved establishing a consistent visual language with attention to color, typography, and iconography, ensuring clarity and coherence across the platform. We prioritized interaction design and usability, testing prototypes with real users to gather feedback and refine the experience. This approach resulted in a seamless, adaptive design that empowers users to efficiently manage, track, and improve their sales activities.
Sales Plan Template Configuration
Guided Tour Experience: We designed an intuitive guided tour to provide users with a clear understanding of how to configure a customized sales template based on their organization's strategy. The tour includes helpful examples to enhance the learning experience.

Template Configuration: After completing the tour, Sales Directors can seamlessly configure flexible sales plan templates tailored to their unique sales strategy.

Team Assignment & Monitoring: Once the template is finalized, Sales Directors can assign it to their Sales Managers' teams and easily track the progress and status of each team's sales plan.

Sales Manager activity Configuration
Assigning Sales Activities: Sales Directors can assign customizable sales activities to Sales Managers, aligning with their sales strategy. Each activity is flexible, allowing for a personalized experience to fit the organization's goals.

Sales Activity Library: We designed a comprehensive library of proven sales activities, grounded in data-driven research, to assist Sales Directors in effectively configuring activities for Sales Managers.

Activity Customization: When selecting activities from the template, Sales Directors have the option to further customize specific details, enhancing the adaptability of the strategy.

Sales Performance Review
Self-Assessment for Sales Representatives: To track progress toward sales goals, Sales Representatives can submit performance reviews by entering values in predefined segments set by Sales Managers and configured by Sales Directors, offering a structured way to assess their achievements.
